Here the Assimomitis (CK) family cultivates grapes using centuries-old techniques and is gaining acclaim for its Paraportiano-brand wines. After visiting the vineyards, you’ll sit down to taste their wines, which are served with the quintessential meze of Mykonos -- crumbly xinotyro cheese, the creamy and spicy kopanisti cheese, and louza, a cured pork – as well as farm-fresh eggs and tomatoes, and nuts.
