Experience the glamour of Ibiza’s famed nightlife at one of the magnificent rooftop bars that overlook the island’s gorgeous beaches. From high above, the Mediterranean glimmers in the setting sun, and the lively beach scene begins to glow and buzz as the party gets started. Wine production has been a part of Ibizan culture since the 6th century BC, and the fading sunlight may inspire you to sample one of the full-bodied red wines made from Balearic monastrell grapes. Or you may try hierbas Ibicencas, an Ibizan liqueur once used by monks in the Middle Ages for medicinal purposes.

Discover the UNESCO World Heritage site of Dalt Vila, the ancient fortified town built to defend Ibiza from pirates. Your walking tour begins with panoramic views from its highest point at Baluard de Sant Bernat, one of seven bastions along the city walls. Then walk to Ibiza Cathedral, which dates to the 13th century and houses notable works of Gothic art. Today the cathedral dominates the square where it stands and offers breathtaking views of the sea.

Located at the far end of Playa d’en Bossa’s golden sand beach, Nassau Beach Club offers the ultimate experience of Ibiza’s lively beach scene. Celebrate the culture and architecture of Ibiza during this scenic tour of the tranquil villages of Santa Eulalia and San Carlos. After a picturesque drive, your day begins in Santa Eulalia, where a whitewashed, fortified 16th-century church stands at the summit of the Puig de Missa. Enjoy free time to discover this charming town and its seafront promenade before continuing to the town of San Carlos, where you will visit a fine example of a 17th-century farmhouse.

The waters around Formentera, the island just south of Ibiza, are exceptionally clean and clear, thanks to nearly 8,000 hectares of seagrasses known as oceanic posidonia. This marine plant is estimated to be 100,000 years old and is unique to this corner of the western Mediterranean. Setting off from Ibiza, you’ll travel by boat to a marine park between the two islands. There you’ll snorkel over an underwater prairie whose dark green hues contrasts with the turquoise sea, azure skies and white sands.
