Delays at the shipyard have caused The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection to extend the construction delivery timeline of the inaugural yacht. As a result, guests booked on voyages from June 14, 2020 through April 21, 2021 have been impacted.
- Guests who have been affected by the yacht delay may choose to reschedule their voyage and receive a fare savings, or receive a full refund of their voyage fare paid-to-date plus any applicable air and hotel arrangements booked through The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
- Guests holding independent air and hotel arrangements may also request reimbursement for change or cancellation fees assessed.

What if I want to reschedule my voyage to another date?
If you choose to reschedule to a different voyage, the following voyage fare savings will be applied to your new booking:
- 30% voyage fare savings if rebooked by June 30, 2020
- 25% voyage fare savings if rebooked by September 30, 2020
- 20% voyage fare savings if rebooked by March 31, 2021
If you have been impacted by this delay for a second time, you may apply the voyage fare savings you received from the original cancellation and receive an additional 15% savings if you rebook by June 30, 2020.
What if I do not want to reschedule?
If you choose not to rebook, you will receive a full refund of your voyage fare paid-to-date, plus any applicable air and hotel arrangements booked through The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Guests holding independent air and hotel arrangements may also request reimbursement for change or cancellation fees assessed. We will also waive the administrative fee should you choose not to reschedule your voyage.

Evrima Delay - Terms & Conditions
Applies to guests booked on voyages scheduled between June 14, 2020 and April 21, 2021 (the "Impacted Voyages"). Guests on Impacted Voyages not as a result of the original yacht delay in September 2019 (the "Original Delay") who rebook by June 30, 2020 will receive 30% voyage fare savings; 25% voyage fare savings if rebooked by September 30, 2020; and 20% voyage fare savings if rebooked by March 31, 2021. Guests impacted by the Original Delay who rebooked on an Impacted Voyage may apply their original voyage fare savings of 30%, 25% or 20% towards a new voyage and combine it with an additional 15% savings if the new voyage is rebooked by June 30, 2020. Applicable voyage fare savings can only be applied to the same suite category originally booked. Guests who were originally booked on cancelled back-to-back voyages and choose to rebook a new back-to-back voyage will receive the applicable voyage fare savings on each segment. Additional discounts do not apply.
