Registration

Q: How do I register for My Yacht Account?

A: Create an account at ritzcarltonyachtcollection.com and click the "SIGN IN OR JOIN" button in the top right-hand corner of the website. A pop-up box will appear as pictured below. Click on the "Join" button and fill out the form to register a new account.

 

Q: Why can’t I register with my email?

A: There may already be an account registered to your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you are still experiencing issues, contact us at info@ritz-carltonyachtcollection.com or by phone so that we may personally assist you.

 

Q: May persons under the age of 18 create an account?
A: No, our Terms & Conditions restrict use of the website by any person younger than 18 (or the applicable age of majority, if greater than eighteen (18) years of age).

 

Login and Password

Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?

A: If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you are still experiencing issues, contact us at info@ritz-carltonyachtcollection.com so that we may personally assist you.

 

Q: How do I change my password?

A: While logged in, hover over your name in the top right corner of the screen to access the My Yacht Account drop-down list. Select "Change Password" from the list.

 

Q: Why won’t it accept my password?

A: Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • 7-15 characters
  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character
  • Additionally, your password cannot contain your name or the word ‘password’

 

My Profile

Q: I have questions about what I see on my profile. Who do I contact?

A: Please call one of our Yacht Vacation Consultants.

 

Q: Why can’t I change my name on my profile?

A: Name changes must be completed directly through a Yacht Vacation Consultant for security reasons. 

 

Q: Why do I keep getting logged out of the website?

A: To protect your account information, all users are automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

 

Q: I don’t see my reservations on my account.

A: If you do not see an upcoming reservation on your account, please contact your travel professional or a Yacht Vacation Consultant by phone or email at info@ritz-carltonyachtcollection.com.

 

Q: Is my username and password the same as my Marriott Bonvoy account?

A: No. Marriott Bonvoy accounts are not linked to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection My Yacht Account. You may, however, use the same email for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and Marriott Bonvoy accounts.

 

Q: I can’t login. It says my username or password is incorrect. What do I do?

A: Please ensure you are not using your Marriott Bonvoy account username or password. If you have forgotten your password, reset your password by clicking on the Reset Password link and following the prompts. If you can’t remember your username, please call a Yacht Vacation Consultant for assistance.

 

Q: If I reset my password for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection website, does it also update my Marriott Bonvoy account?

A: No. The accounts are not linked. You must have a separate username and password combination for your My Yacht Account. You may, however, use the same email for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and Marriott Bonvoy accounts.

 

Q: How do I update my marketing communication preferences?

A: Log in to your My Yacht Account, go to your profile, and update your preferences from there.

 

Travel Professionals

Q: Where do I login?

A: Travel Professionals can login by visiting ritzcarltonyachtcollection.com/travelprofessionals.

 

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Visit ritzcarltonyachtcollection.com/travelprofessionals and click the "Create Account" link under the "SIGN IN" button. Follow the prompts to register a new account. If you continue to experience issues, contact us at insidesales@ritz-carltonyachtcollection.com so that we may personally assist you.

 

Q: I can’t access the resources page. What do I do?

A: You must be logged in to your Travel Professional Portal account to view Travel Professional resources.

 

Q: The agency I’m assigned to is not my current agency. How do I update this information?

A: Contact us at insidesales@ritz-carltonyachtcollection.com so that we may personally assist you.

 

Q: The agency information needs to be updated and I cannot change it. What do I do?

A: Contact us at insidesales@ritz-carltonyachtcollection.com so that we may personally assist you.

Q: I can’t find my agency with the code I provided. What do I do?

A: Contact us at insidesales@ritz-carltonyachtcollection.com so that we may personally assist you.
